Case of the day: A 35 year old healthy male presented with 1 month of worsening lower abdominal, groin, and testicular pain. He noticed also occasional difficulty generating a strong stream. On exam, his prostate felt enlarged and very tender touch. His urine culture grew E coli. After treatment with an antibiotics his symptoms gradually improved.
