Are your services covered by my insurance?

Our services are covered by any of the contracted insurance plans. However, there is a possibility that the service is not covered if you have not yet meet your annual deductible limits. We will contact the insurance on your behalf and inform you of any discrepancies.

Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer walk-in and same-day appointment at this time

What is your new patient procedure?

We will verify your insurance eligibility (if you have insurance) prior to your visit. On the day of your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork.

Do you accept HMO patients?

Yes, we are contracted with the following HMO groups: IEHP, Allied Pacific IPA, Alpha Care Medical Group, CareMore, and Optum

How does an HMO patient goes about scheduling an appointment?

In order to schedule an appointment, you will need to provide your initial approved authorization/referral. To obtain those documents, you can contact your primary care doctor and have them submit a referral on your behalf to visit us.
